Tuck Shop have been the catering partner at Nord Anglia International School Dubai for the past nine years.
Over the course of this long-standing partnership, Tuck Shop has demonstrated consistency, operational reliability, and a clear understanding of what effective school catering in Dubai requires. They operate two canteens and three cafés across our campus, providing a full wraparound service from the start of the school day through to 7:00pm. Their ability to manage volume, age variation, and extended hours in a busy international school environment has been both steady and dependable.
Tuck Shop has successfully launched a new secondary food court–style canteen and kitchen, reflecting their willingness to evolve alongside the school and meet the expectations of older students. Their management team maintains a visible presence on site and works closely with school management. They understand the balance required in a school setting and they have the capability to offer appealing catering choices to students from FS1 to Year 13, while remaining aligned with nutritional guidance and parental expectations.
Tuck Shop are 100% nut free and are fully compliant with Dubai Municipality requirements and maintain robust food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures. Their recent engagement in discussions around food and nutrition in schools further demonstrates their commitment to responsible provision. Beyond daily service, Tuck Shop provides high-quality catering for meetings, school events, and leadership functions, offering tailored and specialised menus where required.
